ObjectiveThe image characteristics and clinical value of objective analysis of MRI diagnosis of neonatal hypoglycemia encephalopathy.MethodsJanuary 2015 to 2016 year in May to our hospital 50 cases of neonatal hypoglycemic brain injury were set as the experimental group, the other selected 50 cases without brain injury in neonates with low blood sugar as normal group, were taken MRI examination. Analysis of two groups of clinical diagnosis.ResultsOf the two groups in the lowest blood glucose, hypoglycemia duration, blood glucose level difference between 24h and 48h signiifcantly,(P<0.05); the positive rate of diagnosis in experimental group and routine group were 94% and 10%, (P<0.05).ConclusionOn the application of MRI diagnosis of neonatal hypoglycemia encephalopathy is signiifcant.%目的:分析MRI诊断新生儿低血糖脑病的临床价值及影像学特征。方法选择2015年1月~2016年5月我院收治的新生儿低血糖脑损伤患儿50例为实验组,另选择同期无脑损伤的新生儿低血糖患儿50例为常规组。均采取MRI检查,分析两组的诊断价值。结果两组患儿在最低血糖、低血糖持续时间、24 h与48 h后的血糖水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组与常规组的诊断阳性率分别为94.00%与10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿低血糖脑病患儿采取MRI诊断的应用价值显著。
