医保政策宣讲与监管对新农合住院患者费用的影响

摘要

目的：规范医疗行为，控制费用增长，节约新农合医疗补偿资金。方法对某三甲医院医师进行新农合医保政策宣讲，并通过病历质控，从新农合合作医疗信息系统平台提取数据，对数据进行分析。结果2013年～2015年新农合人均住院费用呈下降趋势。结论通过新农合医保政策的宣讲与监管，新农合患者的住院费用明显降低，规范了医疗行为，节约了新农合医疗补偿资金，提高了医院的社会效益。%Objective Regulate medical behavior, control the cost of growth,save the new rural cooperative medical compensation funds.Methods For a top three hospital doctors to carry out the new rural cooperative medical insurance policy propaganda,and through medical records quality control,from the new rural cooperative medical information system platform for data extraction,analysis of the data.Results 2013~2015 the new rural cooperative medical system,the per capita hospitalization expenses showed a downward trend.Conclusions Through the propaganda and supervision of the new rural cooperative medical insurance policy,the hospitalization expenses of the new rural cooperative medical system was signifi cantly reduced,and the medical behavior was standardized,and the new rural cooperative medical compensation fund was saved,and the social benefi ts of the hospital were improved.
