S-Zorb装置国产耐磨球阀的应用

摘要

With the wide application of S-Zorb, The frequent malfunction of sequence valve has become a common issue to affec t the normal work of apparatus. This paper presented and analysed the primary reasons causing the breakdown of sequence valve s from import manufacturers,and proposed utilitarian measures to improve the issue from several aspects such as sealing structur e, selection of matrix material, hardening process of the sealing surface and the globular valve inlet design.%随着S-Zorb装置的大量应用，程控阀的频繁故障已成为影响该装置正常运行的共性问题。本文分析了各个进口阀门厂家程控阀故障的主要原因，并且从密封结构、球口设计、基体材质选择及密封面的硬化处理、各传动件间的防尘处理这4个方面，提出了对该阀门的改进措施。
