摘要

The first China-made HIP apparatus R-120 (2000℃,200MPa) has been installed and operated in LSCPM. The structure and the characteristics of the apparatus are introduced. R-120 has been successfully used for GPS ,HIP post-treatment of Si_3N_4, SHS of Si_3N_4, and SHS/HIP of FGM.and multi-layered materials. More applications are now being developed.
