燃气电厂启动锅炉燃烧系统可靠性优化

摘要

In this paper, by analyzing the gas power plant startup burner boiler control timing diagram, the main gas valve power supply loop optimization, burner flame detector stability improvement measures, effectively improve the startup boiler start-up success rate and stability and ensure gas-fired combined cycle unit to start at the beginning of the period needed auxiliary steam of the steam quality, improve unit start-up success rate and grid punctuality rate.%本文通过分析燃气电厂启动锅炉燃烧器控制时序图，采取主燃气阀电源回路优化、燃烧器火焰探测器稳定性提升等措施，有效提高启动锅炉的启动成功率和稳定性，保证燃气联合循环机组启动初期所需要辅助蒸汽的蒸汽品质，提高机组启动成功率和并网准点率。
