风电机组主控测试系统研究

         

摘要

主控系统是风电机组控制系统的核心控制单元,协调控制变流系统和变桨系统,通过转矩控制、桨距控制来实现风电机组最大功率跟踪和恒功率运行,也用于执行风电机组的故障检测与安全保护,风机主控系统的可靠运行直接影响风机的发电量和使用寿命.为了保障风机主控系统的性能和质量,研究了一种风电机组主控测试系统,该系统建立了风电机组模型,模拟风场运行环境,实现了机组运行工况的厂内再现,有效解决了风机主控系统全面动态测试难题,缩短了产品研发周期,减少了产品调试时间,保障了风机主控系统出厂质量.%The main control system is the core control unit of the control system of the wind turbine, coordination control pitch system and converter system,realize maximum power tracking and constant power run of wind turbine by torque control and pitch control, and realize fault detection and security protection of the wind turbine,the reliable operation of the main control system directly affects the power generation and service life of the wind turbine. In order to ensure the performance and quality of main control system of wind turbine,the main control test system of wind turbine is studied,the system establishes a wind turbine model,simulated wind environment of field operating,the factory playback for working condition of wind turbine is realized,the test system solves comprehensive dynamic test problems effectively,the research period is shortened and site debugging time is decreased,the factory quality of the main control system is guaranteed.
