基于PLC控制的水箱水位检测系统控制设计

     

摘要

文章以水箱水位设计为例,进行水位检测系统的设计.水箱作为一种盛水的容器在城市用水、工业用水和畜牧用水中被大量使用,但是由于其操作不当或者没有检测水位的装置,导致各种各样的意外事故的发生,因此一个好的水位控制系统至关重要,而且对水位的控制和管理也越来越受到国家的关注.本文根据生活中水箱存在的问题进行,采用PLC和传感器对水箱水位恒的控制进行设计.首先对水箱水位的控制系统进行方案对比选择最优方案,然后对水位控制系统的工作原理和传感器原理进行分析,分别对系统电源电路、水位传感器电路、报警显示电路、系统主干路、系统PLC电路进行设计.最后对系统运行总体过程进行设计,并对元件清单进行统计.%As a container of water tower in the city water,industrial water and water for livestock is widely used,but because of the improper operation or no device to detect water level,resulting in a variety of accidents occur,so a good water level control system is very important,and the control and management of the water level is also more and more countries attention.In this paper,according to the existing life tower problem,using PLC and sensors to control the design of constant water level.Firstly, control system of water tower water level compared to choose the optimum scheme,then the working principle and the principle of sensor water level control system is analyzed,separately carries on the design to the system power supply circuit,a water level sensor circuit,alarm circuit,automatic display system,trunk road system. Finally,the overall process of the system operation is designed,and the components list statistics.
