热处理对片状Fe-Si-Al磁微粉微波电磁性能的影响

         

摘要

Flaky Fe-Si-Al magnetic fine powders were synthesized by annealing as well as mechanical ball-millingwith the gas-atomized Fe-Si-Al (Fe5.5Si9.5Al) alloy powder as raw material. The effects of annealing on the microwaveelectromagnetic properties of the Fe-Si-A1 magnetic powders were investigated. The results show that: Fe-Si-Al magneticpowders with superior magnetic properties and regular flake shape can be obtained by mechanically ball-milling the rawmaterial. Mechanical ball-milling significantly increases the permeability of Fe-Si-AI powder in the low frequencymicrowave band, while annealing further adjusts the permeability of the powder. Moreover, the permeability of Fe-Si-Alpowder can be further enhanced by annealing the raw material. The real part(μ1) and imaginary part (μ") of the permeability of the prepared flaky Fe-Si-Al magnetic powders reach 5.09 and 3.65, respectively.%以气体雾化Fe-Si-Al(Fe5.5Si9.5Al)合金粉末为原料,采用退火热处理和机械球磨相结合的方法制备出了片状Fe-Si-Al磁微粉,并研究了退火热处理对片状磁微粉微波电磁性能的影响.研究表明:通过对原料进行机械球磨可以获得片状形貌优良、磁性能良好的Fe-Si-Al磁微粉.机械球磨使Fe-Si-Al粉末的磁导率在微波低频段得到大幅度提升,而退火热处理可进一步调节粉末的磁导率;此外,对原料进行预退火热处理,更有利于获得高磁导率的Fe-Si-Al磁微粉.本研究所制磁微粉的磁导率实部μ′最大可达5.09,虚部μ″最大可达3.65.
