高温NTC热敏电阻材料的研究进展

         

摘要

High temperature NTC thermistor materials are applicable in many fields such as automotive electronics, war industry and aerospace, for temperature measurement in ultra wide temperature range. It is introduced that the latest research of high temperature NTC thermistor materials focus on perovskite structure material systems and their substitute modification. The oxygen vacancy migration model, the electron hopping model and the percolation theory are most commonly used to explain the NTC effect of perovskite structure. It is proposed that NTC resistor materials with high resistivity and low thermal constant are developing direction of high temperature NTC materials, applied to temperature measurement and control in wide temperature range and high temperature.%高温NTC热敏电阻材料可制备用于汽车电子、军工、航天等领域超宽温区测温的热敏元件。概述了高温 NTC 热敏电阻材料的研究,主要集中在具有钙钛矿结构的材料体系以及材料的掺杂改性研究上。基于钙钛矿结构热敏材料 NTC 效应机理的解释大多集中在氧空位迁移模型、电子跃迁模型和渗流理论等方面,提出应用于高温宽温区测温的具有高电阻率低热敏常数特性的NTC热敏材料是高温NTC材料的发展方向。
