在微细电火花加工中,对损耗的电极进行有效补偿是影响零件成形精度的关键因素.在总结和分析近十年国内外出现的各种主要电极补偿方法的基础上,提出了基于模型预测和加工状态监测的分类方法,研究和讨论了各种方法的原理和特点,并由此指出目前电极损耗补偿方法的局限和不足,提出了电极损耗补偿方法的发展方向.%It is the key necessary to compensate the wear of the electrode to machining in micro-EDM. Based on the study and summarizing of the electrode compensation methods appeared in resent decade year, a method to describe the much different compensation technology is presented, witch divides these into two categories, model predication and on-time monitoring. Their basic theory and characteristics has been discussed and their shortage has been pointed out. Therefore, developing direction of the electrode compensation is presented.
