3D打印批量制造的可行性及模式思考

摘要

3D printing technology agrees with the sustainable development strategy of the government very well,owing to its advantages such as material saving and energy saving. But it is always deemed to conform the individuation manufacturing in nowadays. The necessity to complete volume production of 3D printing was expounded in aspect of the technology background ,market demand and so on. The feasibility was analyzed according to the technology ,efficient and economy at the same time. Three kind model of volume production was presented ,and the characteristic of each volume production model was analyzed and introduced.%3D打印的节材、节能技术特点高度契合我国的可持续发展战略，但3D打印也被贴上了个性化制造的标签。从技术背景、市场需求等方面阐述了实现3D打印批量制造、规模化生产的必要性；同时，从技术、效率和经济角度分析了实现3D打印批量制造、规模化生产的可行性。构建了3种3D打印批量制造模式，并对其特点进行了分析和介绍。
