基于SLM成形随形冷却水道注塑模具的应用

         

摘要

以某PP手柄塑件的注塑模具为研究对象,为解决传统水路冷却效率低、冷却不均匀的问题,设计了3种不同的随形冷却水路方案,利用模流分析软件对传统、随形冷却水路方案进行了模具温度、冷却时间、水路压力等对比分析.选取冷却效率最高、效果最均匀的方案进行了相应的型腔镶件设计,选用18Ni300马氏体时效模具钢粉末进行选区激光熔化成形模具镶件.成形件装配试用后,冷却效率较传统模具提升54%,成形周期缩短36%,与模拟结果接近,且产品精度及质量明显提高,飞边现象消失.%An injection mould of plastic handlebar was taken as research object in this study.Three kind of conformal cooling channels were designed for solving the problem of low cooling efficiency and uneven cooling when using traditional channels.Temperature of mould and plastic product,cooling time,warping deformation of traditional and new designs were analyzed by moldflow,then selected out the best channel and designed the cavity insert.Metal powder 1.2709 steel was selected to the selective laser melting (SLM) forming,the cooling efficiency increased by 54%,circle time decreased by 36%,this results coincided well with the analysis of mold flow.The quality and precision improved obviously.
