复相型Zn-Al阻尼合金的隔振测试研究

         

摘要

In the structure design of the electro-optical equipment, the damping alloy is applied to protect the devices in the equipment under vibration environment, meanwhile the structure high rigidity requirement for the equipment accuracy is met. Multiphase Zn-Al damping alloy is made into isolating vibration components to assem⁃ble into an electro-optical equipment model. The equipment response data is measured and analyzed in the environ⁃ment of vibration and shock. In comparison with components made by normal aluminum alloy, the response acceler⁃ation root-mean-square (RMS) average is reduced 10% by Zn-Al damping alloy components, the damping ratio of the system increases 40%. For playing the vibration attenuation effect of damping alloy, the moderate amount of strain must be generated in components due to the damping alloy component resonance. Through testing and analyz⁃ing on the attenuating vibration performance of damping alloy with different mechanical structures, some reference information is provided for the application.%在光电设备的结构设计中应用阻尼合金,可在振动环境下发挥阻尼合金的隔振作用而保护设备内部器件,并同时满足设备精度性能对于结构高刚性的要求。将复相型Zn-Al阻尼合金制成隔振构件,安装于某光电设备的模拟件,在振动和冲击条件下进行响应量值的测量和分析。对比普通铝合金,Zn-Al阻尼合金构件使设备振动响应加速度总均方根值平均减少10%,系统阻尼比增大40%;发挥阻尼合金振动衰减作用,关键是要使合金构件因共振而产生适度的应变。通过对不同结构形式的Zn-Al阻尼合金隔振性能的测试分析,为阻尼合金的工程应用提供技术参考。
