碳纤维复合材料波纹板构件成型工艺研究

             

摘要

碳纤维复合材料产品具有轻质、高强度、高刚度等特点,电子工业广泛采用碳纤维复合材料制造结构件及结构功能件。文中利用3236/T300高性能碳纤维预浸料制造波纹板构件,对碳纤维波纹板构件的热压罐成型方法和模压整体成型方法分别进行了研究,详细论述了热压罐成型方法和模压整体成型方法的工艺试验过程。结果表明,利用模压整体成型法制造的波纹板构件在外观表面质量和精度上满足设计要求,解决了热压罐法中支撑垫块和波纹板装配的瓶颈问题,同时详细论述了模压成型法制造的全过程及工艺控制参数。%Carbon fiber composites have characteristics of light weight,high strength,high rigidity,and are extensively used to make structural component and functional component in electronic industry.In this paper,3236/T300 high performance carbon fiber prepreg is used to produce the corrugated component.The carbon fiber corrugated component is made by autoclave process technique and compression moulding technique,and the detailed manufacturing process is described.The results show that the corrugated component made by compression moulding technique meets the design requirements.It overcomes the bottleneck of assembly of sustaining objects and corrugated component.Furthermore,the whole manufacturing process and the control parameters are discussed in detail.
