壁挂式隔振器弹性特性设计

             

摘要

为了节约安装空间或使用方便,常常将小型电子设备安装在载体的侧壁上。普通的壁挂式隔振系统因难以保证设备质心与隔振系统刚度中心的基本重合而经常发生耦合现象,致使隔振效果较差。文中介绍了一种采用滑动铰支承加轴向与径向弹性元件组成的典型结构,设计出的三轴向等固有频率壁挂式隔振器。在对其力学模型进行分析的基础上,利用能量法推导出等频壁挂式隔振器固有频率的计算公式。通过对典型实例的试验,验证计算公式的正确性,为类似隔振器的设计提供了有益的参考。%In order to save space or to be used easily,lots of small electronic equipment are often hung on the bulkhead of carriers.But the normal vibration isolation systems in current use usually lead to coupling,because the mass center of the equipment can hardly be in accordance with the stiffness center of the isolation system.The isolation effect is poor.This paper introduces a kind of wall-hung vibration isolator which has same stiffness on three axis.This typical structure combines sliding hinge support and axial and radial elastic components.By analyzing the mechanical model and using the energy method,the natural frequency formula of the isolator is deduced.Its correctness is proved by testing typical examples.It is expected that the result of this paper provides effective reference for other similar design.
