复合材料杆梁有限元模拟方法研究

             

摘要

To solve the calculation problems of uneven composite rods and beams by the theory for the even isotropic material rods and beams,from the basic theory for the material parameter of the composite monodirection laminated plate,the theory and method to simulate composite rods and beams in FEA model are discussed in this paper,including how to determine the material parameters,flexural rigidity,moments of inertia to axis,neutral axis and section stress of the composite rods and beams.In addition,the correctness of the theory and method is verified by calculative cases.This theory and method have significant reference value in solving practical engineering problems.%为了能够用匀质各向同性材料杆梁理论来解决非匀质复合材料杆梁的计算问题,文中从复合材料单向层压板材料常数的基本理论出发,论述了用有限元法模拟复合材料杆梁结构的理论和方法,包括如何确定复合材料杆梁的材料常数、抗弯刚度、轴惯矩、中性轴和截面应力等,并通过算例验证了所述理论和方法的正确性。该理论和方法对解决工程实际问题具有重要的参考价值。
