某机载雷达扫描器结构设计

             

摘要

The airborne radar scanner is a typical servo system .It is usually required that the inherent frequency of its structure should be 3-5 times higher than the servo bandwidth .Considering the structural stability , resonance should be avoided at emphasized test point in low frequency required by the airborne environment .The scanner is a spindly cantilever and has a large number of and various kinds of components , so it is difficult to increase its struc-ture inherent frequency .The overall structural rigidity is improved to enhance the inherent frequency of the scanner in this paper.The design process of the airborne radar scanner structure is introduced including the overall archi-tecture, bearing design, important component design, etc.The modal analysis with Patran/Nastran is carried out , too.The first order response frequency approximates to the response test result of the prototype .The excellent sta-bility in vibration test and good performance in application of the products after delivery indicate that the design is successful , which can provide reference for the structure design of similar scanners .%机载雷达扫描器是个典型的伺服系统,通常要求其结构固有频率高于伺服带宽3~5倍。从结构稳定性考虑,应避免在机载环境要求的低频段着重考核点发生谐振。扫描器外形是一个细长的悬臂梁且零件种类和数量较多,提高其结构固有频率有一定的难度。文中主要从提高整体结构刚度着手来提高扫描器的固有频率,介绍了某机载雷达扫描器结构设计的过程,从总体架构、轴系设计、重要零件设计等方面进行了论述,利用Patran/Nastran软件对其进行了模态分析,第1阶响应频率与样机的响应测试结果较为接近。最终产品在振动试验中优良的稳定性和交付后良好的表现表明,该扫描器对同类扫描器的结构设计具有借鉴意义。
