某盲插连接器高密度安装板的设计与优化

             

摘要

盲插技术在雷达设计中的应用越来越广泛。在安装板的设计过程中,轴向和径向配合尺寸是盲插连接器可靠连接的关键。某安装板上固定有两型盲插连接器,连接器安装密度大,数量多,因而安装板受力大,易变形。文中根据安装板的结构形式特点,在分析影响插拔可靠性因素的基础上,介绍了精度控制方法;通过建立安装板的有限元模型,对安装板进行了静载荷分析,其仿真结果与实物试验结果基本一致;针对安装板刚度差、变形大的问题,运用有限元法进行进一步优化,按分析结果选取最优的解决方案,满足了工程应用要求。这为相似构件提供了一个有效的值得借鉴的设计与优化方法。%The blind-matching technology is more and more widely used in the design of radars .Both axial and radial matching dimensions are the keys to perfect connection in the design of planks .A large number of blind-matching connectors (two types) are densely fixed in one plank so that the plank is easily deformed under pres -sure.In this paper the factors which affect the blind-matching connection are analyzed and a method to control the precision is introduced according to the structural characteristics of the plank .The static load analysis for the plank is carried out by a finite element model and the static load analysis results are coincident with the engi -neering practice .The plank is further optimized by finite element method to improve its rigidity .The best solu-tion is adopted to meet the engineering requirements .This research provides an effective tool for the design of the similar components .
