This paper studies the application of RC422 high-density press-in-type electrical connectors between boards. Introduction includes the structural characteristics, operation methods, tooling design and experiments, which provides reference to subsequent application of RC422 in satellite instrument.%探讨了高密度新型RC422压入式板间连接器的操作应用,介绍了连接器结构特点、具体操作方法、工装设计及试验情况,为后续卫星单机应用高密度新型RC422压入式板间连接器提供参考.
