中国企业的机遇与挑战——2000年中国企业高峰会外方企业家观点综述

本文为外方企业家在2000年中国企业高峰会上的发言综述.文章从中国的全球化加入WTO的影响金融改革与资本市场开放等几个方面阐述了中国企业面临的机遇和存在的一些问题.%This paper is summarized from the speeches given by foreign entrepreneurs at Chinese Enterprises' Summit Meeting 2000. In the paper, the entrepreneurs set forth the opportunities for Chinese enterprises and the existing problems from several aspects as globalization of China, influence of WTO, as well as financial reform and capital market opening, etc.
