基于 PSO 算法的三电平优化 PWM 方法

     

摘要

Due to the switching frequency limitation of high power switch devices , traction inverter output waveforms contain a lot of harmonics .So it is necessary to use the optimal pulse width modulation ( PWM) technique to reduce the harmonics of traction inverter output waveforms .Firstly, this paper develops the current total harmonic distortion ( THD) minimization optimization model , and applies particle swarm optimization ( PSO) algorithm to the solution of this model .Secondly , this paper gets the conclusion that optimal PWM has good harmonic optimization effect through the comparison of conventional SPWM method and optimal PWM method under different subsections of subsection syn -chronous modulation .Finally, the simulation and hardware-in-the-loop ( HIL) experiment results verify the accuracy of theoretical analysis .%受大功率开关器件开关频率的限制,牵引逆变器输出波形中含有大量的谐波,所以有必要采用优化的脉宽调制( PWM )方法来减少牵引逆变器输出波形的谐波。首先,建立了最小电流总谐波畸变率( THD )谐波优化模型,并采用粒子群优化( PSO )算法对模型进行求解。其次,在分段同步调制的不同分频段上对PSO-PWM和传统正弦脉宽调制( SPWM)进行了比较,得到PSO-PWM具有良好谐波优化效果的结论。最后,用仿真和半实物实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
