二极管钳位型三电平APF电流环的分析和设计

     

摘要

Compared with the conventional two-level active power filter , the diode-clamped three-level active power filter has been widely studied and applied due to the lower switching frequency , the smaller output filter inductance and the higher withstand of voltage level .Based on the three-level active power filter , through coordinate transforma-tion to a single synchronous rotating coordinate system , the odd harmonics generated by nonlinear loads will transform into the characteristics of even harmonics .Therefore, a complex control strategy is put forward with half a cycle of re-petitive control and PI control in parallel .Then, the parameters selection of PI controller and repetitive controller are introduce in detail , the stability and the error of the system are analyzed , and space vector pulse width modulation technology is used for conducting modulation .At last, the simulation through the MATLAB/Simulink software and the experiment both verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed hybrid controllers .%三电平有源电力滤波器与传统的两电平相比,由于三电平更小的输出滤波电感、更低的开关频率和功率开关更高的耐压水平等优点而被广泛关注,二极管钳位型三电平有源电力滤波器也得到了广泛的研究与应用。文章在三电平APF的基础上,针对三相非线性负载产生的奇次谐波,通过坐标变换到单一同步旋转坐标系下,奇次谐波会变换成偶次谐波的特性,提出了一种基于T/2周期的重复控制和PI控制相并联的复合控制策略。介绍了PI控制器和重复控制器的参数选择,并对系统的稳定性和误差进行了分析,并采用空间矢量脉宽调制技术( SVPWM)进行调制。最后,通过MATLAB/Simulink 软件仿真和实验验证了所提复合控制器的正确性和可行性。
