本着操作方便，提高效率的原则，设计一种方便快捷的三相异步电动机轴承盖油孔加工模具，以满足电机大批量生产的要求。%Based upon the principle of operation conve-nience and efficiency increasing, the drilling jig for the oil hole on the bearing cover of motors was designed to satisfy the demand of mass production.
