110kV数字变电站继电保护配置方案探讨

摘要

This paper gives a brief introduction of three characters of digital substations as well as IEC 61850 network structure.With respect to the characteristics and advantages of IEC61850 digital substation networks,this paper discusses a comprehensive protection scheme based on substation-area backup protection.Through comparison with protection schemes for traditional integrated automatic substations,this protection scheme can clear the fault more quickly and accurately,thus improving the stability and reliability of the relay protection system.This protection scheme was applied to 110kV Tong-sheng Substation in 2013.Safe operation in more than two years has proved the feasibility of the scheme and offers an example reference for other new 110kV digital substations.%简要介绍了数字化变电站的三个特点及IEC61850标准的网络结构,针对IEC61850协议的数字化变电站网络的特点及优势,研究了一种基于站域后备保护的综合保护方案,通过与传统综合自动化变电站保护方案的比较可知,可以更快速,准确的切除故障,提高了继电保护系统的稳定性和可靠性.保护方案已于2013年应用于110 kV同盛变电站,通过两年多的安全运行证明了保护方案的可行性,为新建110 kV数字变电站保护配置提供实例参考.
