在永磁电机的设计中,永磁体尺寸的确定是非常重要的。传统的永磁体尺寸设计采用经验公式来估算,不准确亦不具有普遍性。本文提出一种新的永磁电机中永磁体尺寸的设计方法,即用ANSYS软件对永磁电机的磁路进行有限元分析,计算出磁路的主要漏磁系数,再由磁路计算,得到永磁电机所需的永磁体大小。通过对一台2.2kW的永磁同步样机做试验分析,所得的试验结果与仿真结果非常接近,说明永磁同步电机设计及仿真程序结果的可行,能直接应用到永磁电机的设计制造之中。%This paper introduces a new method to design Permanent-Magnet(PM)material of PMS motor,ANSYS is used to analysis the finite-element of the motor and obtain a flux leakage coefficient that iss very important to work out the dimensions of the PM material. A prototype was tested to compare with a simulation of the PMS motor that is the same with the prototype.As a result,it's verified that the designs and simulations are accurate and can be applied for produce.
