改进压缩机启动性能的转子斜槽角度设计

         

摘要

启动性能一直是评价冰箱压缩机性能的重要指标之一,以某型号往复式压缩机为研究对象,从削弱磁势谐波,提高启动性能的目的出发,通过Ansoft-Maxwell软件仿真计算,对该型号压缩机所用的电机转子进行斜槽角度的优化设计。采用理论计算与实验分析相结合的方法,最终确定转子的斜槽角度来用于批量生产。%Starting performance is of great importance for a refrigerator compressor. Taking a reciprocating compres-sor as the research objects, from the perspectives of weaken the harmonic of magnetic force and improving the starting performance, through the simulating calculation by Ansoft-Maxwell, the optimization design for skewed slot angle of motor rotor matching the reciprocating compressor is done. Finally, combined with theoretical calculation and experi-mental analysis, the skewed slot angle for the rotor is determined for the mass production.
