电弧喷涂控制系统研究之二——系统控制参数优化及自适应控制设计

摘要

电弧喷涂控制系统进行了硬件扩充和软件改进，增加了 PC机采集喷涂过程参数并同单片机串行通讯，实现PC机在线修改PID调节器参数，采用遗传算法对控制系统YKp　YKi 和SKp　SKi寻优，进而实现了电 弧喷涂过程的自适应控制，获得优质喷焊涂层。%Aiming at the defect and re-extending the capability of the original arc-spraying micro-control system, its function and control algorithm are augmented and improved, adaptive control of arc-spray parameters is realized, and pe rfect coat quality is achieved.
