高职院校焊接专业建设跨学科技术创新团队的探索与实践

摘要

高校是原始性创新的重要源头,高校科技创新团队是科技自主创新的一支主要生力军.跨学科技术团队可以极大地推动学科间的交叉融合、科研资源的合理配置、科研信息的充分利用、科研人员的优势互补以及科研成果的集成创新.焊接专业方向与材料科学、电力电子和先进机械制造工程领域紧密相关,具有极强的交叉学科特点.在阐述技术创新团队的内涵和建设必要性基础上,以广西机电职业技术学院为例,介绍焊接专业跨学科技术创新团队建设的主要举措以及所取得的成效.%Universities are the source of innovation and scientific and technological innovation teams are an important fore of scientific and technological innovation.Interdisciplinary team can help the fusion of different disciplines, the reasonable arrangement of research resources,the full use of information,the complementation of researchers,and the integration of scientific achievements.Welding specialty is of a strong cross-disciplinary feature,which includes equipment,technology,structure.lt has a closely relationship between the new materials science,electric engineering and advanced manufacturing engineering.This paper describes the meaning of technological innovation team and construction necessity .With Guangxi Vocational College of Electromechanical Technology as an example, introduce welding specialty interdisciplinary technology innovation term building main measures and achievements.
