船用柴油机排气阀的制造技术被发达国家垄断且成本很高,柴油机排气阀在恶劣的工作环境下常常因腐蚀、磨损而失效.为了解决废旧排气阀再制造的问题,构建了再制造船用柴油机阀盘的机器人柔性化MIG堆焊系统.研究SNCrW不锈钢的镍合金堆焊工艺,并对研究结果进行检验分析.经检验,没有大小超过0.06mm的缺陷,完全符合船用柴油机排气阀再制造的质量标准.%Developed countries monopolize the marine diesel engine exhaust valve manufacturing technology and the cost is very high. Diesel engine exhaust valve in bad working conditions often because of corrosion and wear failure.In order to solve the problem of waste exhaust valve remanufacturing, this paper designs the remanufacturing diesel engine valve disc flexible robot MIC Surfacing welding system,adopts SNCrW stainless steel and nickel alloy Surfacing process,and analyses the results.After inspection,there is no size more than 0.06 mm defect,It meets the quality standards for marine diesel engine exhaust valve remanufacturing.
