1000 MW火电机组协调控制策略优化

         

摘要

Based on the introduction to the characteristics of the control over 1 000-MW ultra-supercritical once-through boilers, the problems of the coordinated control system existing in the 1 000-MW unit in on power plant are analyzed. The control system optimization strategies on main steam over/under pressure and tube wall overheating in load variation are put forward. In addition, the optimized control strategies and parameters for main control circuit, feedwater loop and fuel loop are proposed. Meanwhile, the boiler sliding pressure curve is optimized to minimize the throttling losses of the main steam valve and improve the economic performance of the unit. Finally, the effects of the implementation of these strategies are analyzed and summarized.%介绍了1 000 MW超超临界直流炉的控制特点,分析了某电厂1 000MW火电机组投产后协调控制系统存在的问题,针对变负荷工况下机组主蒸汽压力经常超压、欠压以及锅炉管壁超温的问题提出了控制系统优化策略,从锅炉主控回路、给水控制回路、燃料控制回路等方面进行了控制策略优化和控制参数优化;对锅炉滑压曲线进行了经济优化,最大限度地减少主汽门节流损失,以提高机组经济性,并对实施效果进行了分析和总结.
