特高压工程施工可视化管控系统研究

             

摘要

特高压工程线路长,施工点多,施工管理难度加大,特别是高山峻岭区段的施工管理,道路通行不便,花费大量时间,效果甚微。此外,传统安全质量环保检查容易出现被检查施工标段做表面文章,搞形式主义,现场检查无法发现真实情况。针对这些问题,以无人机航摄技术为基础,通过建立施工可视化管控系统,开展特高压工程施工现场空中全景管控研究,分析总结了系统的实际应用效果,认为该系统能实现施工现场全局、及时的管控,确保施工安全、环保措施落实到位,有效弥补以往管理中存在的不足,提高了工作效率和管理水平。%An extra-high voltage project is long in line and is large in number of construction points, thereby increasing the difficulty of construction management. Especially for mountainous areas, the construction management is not effective because the traffic is inconvenient and a large amount of time is spent on roads. In addition, the work for appearance sake for an inspected construction section is liable to be done for the conventional inspection of safety quality and environmental protection, and formalism is done so the true condition cannot be found through on-site inspection. For solving the above problems, we carried out the research of aerial panoramic management and control for a construction site of the extra-high voltage project in the paper through building a visualized management and control system for construction based on the technology of unmanned-planeaerial photography, and analyzed the effect of the system in practical application. Therefore, we made the conclusions that the system can achieve the overall and timely management and control of the construction site, can guarantee that the construction is safe and the environmental protection measures are put into practice, can effectively iron out the defects of conventional management, and improves the work efficiency and management level.
