基于动态矩阵状态反馈的主蒸汽温度控制

         

摘要

Aiming at characteristics of main-steam temperature such as large inertia, high order and difficult to control, a control strategy based on dynamic matrix and state feedback is proposed. Firstly, design a leading seg-ment inner loop to eliminate water disturbance in time. Secondly, change the pole distribution of the controlled ob-ject by choosing appropriate feedback matrix to improve its dynamic characteristics. Thirdly, design dynamic matrix controller for the generalized controlled object to ensure the control performance of entire system. The effectiveness of this method is verified by the comparative study, which is carried out between this improved control strategy and cascade PID control system whose parameters are optimized by CPSO.%针对主蒸汽温度对象惯性大、阶次高、难于控制的特点,提出一种基于动态矩阵-状态反馈的控制策略。该策略首先设计导前内回路来及时消除减温水扰动;然后通过二项式定理设计状态反馈矩阵,改变对象极点分布,以改善其动态特性;最后针对广义被控对象设计动态矩阵控制器,保证整个控制系统性能。与混沌PSO优化的串级PID控制系统的对比研究,验证了该策略的有效性。
