断路器操动机构用直线感应电机的优化设计

         

摘要

为了得到更大的起动推力,满足高压断路器开断性能和机械性能的要求,对操动机构用圆筒型直线感应电机进行优化设计,将粒子群优化算法引进到圆筒型直线感应电机的优化设计之中.并针对此电机优化的具体特点,提出将邻域拓扑粒子群优化算法用于圆筒型直线感应电机的全局优化,解决了粒子群优化算法中含有局部最优解的复杂优化问题,增强了粒子的寻优能力.两种算法的研究结果表明,与原始方案相比起动推力提高,起动电流大幅度降低,领域拓扑粒子群优化算法优化效果显著.电机的结构尺寸整体缩小,降低了电机的质量,节约了材料,证明了领域拓扑粒子群优化算法的优越性,提高和完善了圆筒型直线感应电机操动机构的实用性.%For getting larger start thrust and meeting high reliability of high-voltage circuit breaker of breaking capacity and mechanical performance cylinder linear induction motor(C-LIM) used in breaker operating mechanism was optimized design in this paper, and particle swarm optimazation(PSO) algorithm was introduced into C-LIM design. C-LIM overall optimization with neighbourhood topology particle swarm optimization(NPSO) was still proposed in the paper, and complicated optimize problem of PSO algorithm with local optimal value were solved. Search capacity of particle was increased with NPSO algorithm. Two algorithm result indicate that start thrust is increased greatly and start current is reduced greatly, especially NPSO algorithm get remarkable result. Construction and size of C-LIM are reduced, weight of C-LIM is cut down, material of C-LIM are economized on, NPSO algorithm superiority is proved, and practicality of C-LIM mechanism is improved and perfect.
