DC load simulator (DLS) test bed is an equipment to simulate various load acting on the motor rotation movement, The redundant torque is caused by the motor passive motion. To improve the performance of DLS, an elastic damping mechanism was designed and integrated in the loading system. The mathematical models of DLS were derived. The stability and response capability of DLS were put forward according to various rigidity of the system. The controller using rotation speed was given to suppress the redundant torque. The dynamic response capability was analyzed by subsequent experimental data. The command torque was chosen as a sine function in the loading experiments, and the results show that the amplitude and frequently difference between the command and actual output are less than ten percents.%针对电动负载模拟器的设计和实验分析问题,在负载器结构上引入了弹簧杆的弹性环节,降低了整个加载系统的有害多余力矩并提高了力矩加载的性能.建立了引入弹簧杆后负载模拟器的数学模型,分析了系统不同刚度系数对加载稳定性和快速性的影响.结果表明,可以采用舵机角速度作为前馈补偿来抑制多余力矩,加载实验的数据分析表明了引入弹簧杆的电动负载模拟器的动态响应能力.加载实验中需要跟踪正弦力矩加载指令,实际加载力矩的幅差和相差均小于10%.
