Halbach结构永磁电机优化设计

         

摘要

A self-designed 22. 5 kW 3-phase pumping permanent magnet motor model using the Halbach structure was established in the method of 2-D finite element analysis. The influences to both no-load and load performance of motor by changing the thickness of permanent magnets as well as width ratio between the radial and tangential magnets used in Halbach structure was analyzed in detail. Indexes such as air-gap induction, back electromotive force, torque pulsation and so on was compared for optimum designing. In this way, the optimum designing project was established.%对自行设计的22.5 kW三相永磁Halbach电机进行研究,建立了其二维有限元模型,通过改变永磁体厚度和Halbach阵列的径向与切向磁体宽度配比,详细分析了其对电机空载及负载时的气隙磁密、反电势、转矩脉动等性能指标的影响,提出永磁电机的优化设计方案.
