槽口宽度对分数槽集中绕组永磁电机齿槽转矩的影响∗

         

摘要

基于分数槽集中绕组永磁电机齿槽转矩产生的机理,运用能量法和傅里叶分解推导出分数槽集中绕组永磁电机的齿槽转矩解析式,确定气隙磁导平方的傅里叶分解系数与槽口宽度之间的相互关系,得到抑制齿槽转矩的槽口宽度计算方法。借助于Ansoft有限元软件,仿真分析不同极槽配合的永磁电机槽口宽度对齿槽转矩的影响。仿真结果表明,整数槽永磁电机的齿槽转矩随槽口宽度的增加而增加;分数槽集中绕组永磁电机选择合适的槽口宽度可显著抑制齿槽转矩,改善电机的转矩品质。采用有限元仿真与解析法两种计算方法,得到的齿槽转矩随槽口宽度变化的规律是相似的,验证了解析式的有效性,为精细化设计提供了依据。样机测试结果与有限元仿真值基本吻合,进一步验证了仿真方法的正确性。%According to the cogging torque generation mechanism of permanent magnet motors with fractional-slot concentrated winding, the relationship between the fourier coefficient of air-gap permeance square and slot opening was acquired and calculation method of the slot opening which could reduce cogging torque was derived, using the energy method and Fourier decomposition. By the simulation of Ansoft FEM software, the influence of slot opening of permanent magnetic motors with different slot/pole combination on the cogging torque was analyzed. The simulation results showed that the cogging torque of permanent magnet motors with integer slot increases with the slot opening;the best selection of slot opening of permanent magnet motors with fractional-slot concentrated winding could greatly reduce the cogging torque and improved the motor's torque quality. The covariation of cogging torque with slot opening that acquired by FEA simulation was similar to that acquired by analytical calculation, which verified the effectiveness of the analytic expression, and provided the basis for refined design. The good agreement between the tested data and the simulated data verified the correctness of the simulation approach.
