冷却系统在常规潜艇水下航行期间能耗占比比较大,其主要原因是冷水机组的出力分配不合适及冷冻水泵存在大马拉小车的现象.综合考虑变频冷冻水泵变流量控制的节能效果,以冷却系统整体性能指数为优化目标,采用了改进快速退火算法对冷水机组在不同工况下的出力进行优化分配,解决了常规方法易陷入局域最优或不收敛的问题.通过算例分析佐证了所研究内容的有效性,验证了技术的节能效果.%The energy consumption of cooling system of a submarine accounted for relatively large of total energy consumption on duty,and the main reasons are improper generation arrangement and over-sized system design.This study considered the energy-saving effect by the vary-frequency water pump system,and set the system coefficient of performance as the optimization objective.Applying the enhanced fast simulated annealing algorithm for optimizing the generation arrangement under different duty conditions and the effectiveness of this study has been proven by the following case study.
