基于共直流母线供电的自动扶梯节能传动系统设计

         

摘要

地铁自动扶梯系统常处于高能耗、高磨损、低效率的运行状态,传统地铁站自动扶梯变频调速传动系统采用独立驱动方式,存在体积大、增加故障点的问题.更重要的是,存在进一步提高节能空间的可能.设计了基于共直流母线供电的自动扶梯节能传动系统,分析了由于共直流母线可能引入的谐波问题.提出了相应的节能运行模式,给出了一周节能运行曲线.与传统自动扶梯变频调速传动系统相比,分析了采用该方案时的优缺点.分析结果表明,该系统能达到进一步节能的目的.%Subway escalators always run in a high energy-consuming, high wear, and low efficiency condition. For adopting individual drive, the energy saving system commonly used in the subway station has the problem of big size and more faults. Even more important,this kind of saving energy system has the possibility of further saving energy. The energy saving drive system for subway escalators based on common-DC-bus was designed. Harmonic possibly introduced was analyzed for the use of common-DC-bus. A new kind of energy saving running operation was proposed, one-week running curve was given. Comparing with the energy saving system commonly used in the subway station,the merits and faults of the designed energy saving drive system -' was summed. The analysis results show that energy can be further saved by using this system.
