基于CAN总线的VSIG分布式调速监控

     

摘要

In order to solve the problem of governing and monitoring multi-diesel-generator, a speed governor was designed for variable-speed-integrated-generator set (VSIG). The speed controller is made up of digital signal controller as its core and step motor as its actuator. With the single speed controller as basic unit, a distributed speed governing and monitoring system based on CAN bus was designed, which has the function of remote centralized management and operation monitoring. The experimental result shows that the speed controller can effectively adjust the speed of VSIG under different operation mode. And the communication of distributed monitoring network is reliable, which can effectively monitor the distributed VSIG. The system has a number of advantages, such as simple structure, more complete functional, short time for development, and meet the need of remote centralized monitoring multi-generator.%为了解决柴油发电机多机供电情况下对机组的统一监控问题,针对变速集成发电机组VSIG,设计了以数字信号控制器为核心,以步进电机为执行器的调速器.并以此为基本单元设计了一种基于CAN总线的分布式调速监控系统,实现分布式VSIG的远程集中管理、运行监测.实验结果表明,所设计调速控制器能够实现不同工作模式下对VSIG转速的有效调节,提出的分布式监控网络通信可靠,能对各单元VSIG进行有效监控.该系统结构简单、功能完善、开发周期短,能够满足对多机组远程集中监控的工程需求.
