变流器中IGBT驱动器的共模干扰影响因素研究

     

摘要

对逆变桥臂中IGBT的Uce电压跳变所引起的共模干扰对驱动器的影响因素进行了分析和验证.建立了含有IGBT驱动器寄生电容的逆变侧共模回路等效模型,推导了流经IGBT驱动器中的共模电流与dUce/dt及驱动器原、副边寄生电容的影响关系方程.设计了一款寄生电容很小的驱动器进行了实验验证,结果与理论分析相吻合.提出的共模电流等效模型和实验结果对大功率变流器中IGBT驱动器的抗干扰及可靠性设计有一定的指导意义.%The common-mode interference factors to IGBT driver caused by the Uce voltage jumping of IGBT in one inverter bridge was analyzed and tested. The main path included parasitic capacitance of IGBT driver and equivalent circuit of common-mode current was put forward for one phase arm. The equation of common-mode current through the IGBT driver was derived,which was influenced by the dUce/dt and parasitic capacitance of IGBT driver. The results coincide with theoretical analysis after the experimental test by using a lower parasitic capacitance IGBT driver. The common-mode current equivalent model and the experimental results have direct significance to the anti-interference and reliability design of high-power inverter IGBT driver.
