以问题为中心的教师培训模式探索——以中英合作小学英语教师培训项目为案例

     

摘要

Guangdong Teacher's College of Foreign Ilmguage and Arts started its cooperation with the Cultural and Education Section Brit- ish Consulate and then began the "in- post teaching practice" and "replacement training" programs for English teacbem in Zhuhai and Meizhou. This paper tends to collect data and find problerca through interviews with teachers, questionnaires, classroom observation, etc. Then, on the basis of analyzing these problems,training curriculum and mode can be set up to explore a "problem- centered" training mode, which integrates learning,researching and application in order to promote teacher's professional development and to strengthen the integration of uni- versity research and teaching production.%广东外语艺术职业学院与英国驻广州领事馆文化教育处合作,对广东省珠海市、梅州市小学英语教师进行顶岗支教、置换培训,通过教师访谈、问卷调查、课堂观察等方式收集数据从而发现问题,在分析问题的基础上设置课程和培训模式以解决问题,探究出"以问题为中心",学、研、用一体的培训模式,以促进教师专业发展及加强高校科研与教学的产学结合。
