大学生社会主义核心价值观的认知认同是主观建构和客观影响的结果，除了受到大学生个体心理因素以及已有知识经验的影响之外，外在社会环境的客观影响不容忽视，并且成为构建大学生社会主义核心价值观形成的重要环节。因此，我们必须注意社会环境对大学生价值观影响的现实性。围绕“一个根本”的价值导向，把握大学生核心价值观形成的规律性和动态性；注重执政党和非政府组织的强力助推作用，通过机制建设为大学生构建公平公正的感性社会经验；深化高校思想政治教育改革，拓展社会主义核心价值观教育有效路径。%College students’ cognition of socialist core values is the result of subjective construction and objective effects .In addition to the individual psychological factors and their knowledge as well as experience ,objective effects of the external social environment cannot be ignored and they have become an important link in the formation of the socialist core values of college students .So we must pay attention to the influ-ence of the social environment on the values of the students .Around“a fundamental value orientation ,we shall grasp the formation of the core values and dynamic regularity ,pay attention to the ruling party and the powerful role of non-governmental organizations ,build a fair and just perceptual social experience for college students through the mechanism construction ,deepen the reform of ideological and political education and develop an effective way to carry out the socialist core values education .
