职业结构作为反映经济社会发展的一个重要方面,是推动区域合理分工和劳动力合理流动的重要影响因素。通过对京津冀职业结构时空变迁的研究,发现京津冀职业结构呈现出不断现代化、高级化的趋势,形成了以北京为中心,逐步向京津冀外围区、京津冀东部沿海区、京津冀南部地区依次递减的空间布局。经济结构、人口年龄结构、城市化、人力资本是影响职业结构高级化的主要因素,在缩小京津冀职业结构区域差异上,针对影响因素差异性,需要分类指导,实行差异化的管理方式。%Due to the professional structure is an important aspect of the economic and social development,research on the vocational structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and its differences which is of great significance to promote regional reasonable division of labor and the rational flow of labor. In this paper ,the study found that occupational structure presents a treads of modernization and fundamentals. The degree of modernization in the area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, has experienced a different process. Economic structure,population age structure,urbanization,human capital is the main factors that affecting the professional structure fundamentals. For the impact of factors are different,to reduce regional differences in occupational structure,need guidance,the implementation of differentiated management.
