浅议信息化时代的高校校办企业档案管理

摘要

As the carrier of information recording growth and the development of school run enterprise,play an increasingly important role in the development of enterprise archives of enterprise and school,the management should not be underestimated. But there are information lag and other issues archives modern management consciousness weak,work modernization. In the face of all the information trend and the increasing degree of information,college run enterprises rely on Colleges and universities,the combination,to facilitate information superi-ority,also have its own limitations. In the information society,only in the guiding principles of unified leadership,classification manage-ment,strengthen the staff professional quality and the ability of innovation,the introduction of modern technology and equipment,imple-mentation of modern management,actively develop the archives information resources,in order for the enterprise management and the de-velopment of the school to provide strong guarantee.%作为记录校办企业成长与发展的信息载体，校办企业档案在校办企业乃至学校的发展中发挥日益重要的作用，其管理问题不容小觑。但目前存在档案现代管理意识薄弱、工作现代化的信息滞后等问题。面对全化信息化趋势和我国日益提高的信息化程度，高校校办企业依托于高等院校，产学研结合，有便于信息化的优势，也有自身的局限性。在信息化社会，只有在统一领导、分级管理的指导原则下，加强工作人员的业务素质和创新能力，引进现代技术与设备，实行现代化管理，积极开发档案信息资源，才能为企业经营和学校发展提供有力保障。
