我国国防科技工业发展改革之路的历史回溯与思考

摘要

我国的国防科技工业发展改革之路经过了从“以军带民”、“军民结合”、“寓军于民”，到“军民融合”的转变历程。回溯历史对于更深刻地认识、理解我国现阶段的军民融合式发展道路具有重要现实指导意义。%　　China's national defense science and technology industry development road of the reform experience from "army with people","a combination of military and civilian","civil-military integration",to "change the course of civil-military integration".
