医药研发人员培训体系优化研究

摘要

With the process of internationalization of the pharmaceutical industry is accelerating,the level of pharmaceutical R & D rapid upgrading of China's pharmaceutical industry.How to seize opportunities,improve the ability of independent research,research and devel-opment of intellectual property protection,is related to the healthy development of the whole industry.How to carry out effective training is not only the practical problems of pharmaceutical R & D personnel,is the key to improve the core competitiveness.Therefore,based on the characteristics of the pharmaceutical industry,R & D personnel characteristics typical of the knowledge staffs around the pharmaceutical R& D personnel training activities,to explore the training system optimization.%随着医药产业国际化进程日益加快,医药研发水平迅速更新换代.我国医药行业如何抓住机遇,提高自主研发能力,保护研发知识产权,则关系到整个行业能否健康发展.如何进行有效培训不仅是医药研发人员面临的现实问题,也是提高核心竞争力的关键.因此,基于医药行业的特点、典型知识型员工中的研发人员个性特征,围绕医药研发人员的培训活动,探讨其培训体系的优化.
