300MW机组锅炉非设计煤种掺配掺烧及燃烧调整

摘要

基于燃煤锅炉非设计煤种掺配掺烧主要约束指标、按照负荷配煤的指标要求,同时指出配煤的注意事项。根据九华电厂300 MW机组特点,针对其锅炉非设计煤种的掺配掺烧,调整配煤方案,优化燃烧,尤其针对劣质混煤和高挥发份混煤特性,给出详细的燃烧调整措施,满足了机组的安全稳定运行。%This paper attempts to determine the constraint indicators of non-designed blended coal combustion in boil-er,define the index requirements of loading coal blending,as well as point out the coal blending cautions.Based on the characteristics,and the non-designed coal blending and combustion of 300 MW unit in Jiuhua Power Plant,the coal-blending scheme was adjusted and the combustion was optimized.Especially as for the characteristics of the poor-quality blending coal and hydrogenous coal,the detailed combustion adjusting measures were provided to meet the needs of safe and stable unit operation.
