Aiming at the power quality evaluation, this paper proposes a real-time power consumption monitoring tech- nology based on intelligent terminal measurements. As for the research on abnormal voltage and current, the principle and abnormal condition judgment were analyzed; As for the study on voltage phase fault, voltage reverse phase se- quence, current reverse polarity and current imbalance, the monitoring principle was elaborated. Finally, this re- search presents software flow chart and the corresponding pseudocode, providing some valuable reference to the future development of electric power quality monitoring technology.%针对电能质量的评估问题,提出一种基于智能终端测量结果的实时用电监测技术。研究电压和电流异常情况,分析其工作原理和异常判断条件,并对电压缺相、电压逆相序、电流反极性及电流不平衡等情况进行研究,详细阐述监测原理,提出软件流程图并给出相应的程序伪代码,对电能质量监测技术的发展有一定的参考价值。
