依赖不对称渠道中影响战略对公平感知的影响

摘要

The study proposes that a source member’s use of coercive influence strategies has a negative effect on the target’s perception of distributive justice or procedural justice,whereas the use of non-coercive influence strategies has a positive ef⁃fect on the target’s perception of distributive justice or procedural justice.Furthermore,the asymmetric in target enterprise has moderating effect on these relationships,that is,the asymmetric has a negative effect on the negative relationship of the use of coercive influence strategies and the target’s perception of distributive justice or procedural justice,and the asymmetric has a positive effect on the positive relationship of non-coercive influence strategies and the target’s perception of distributive justice or procedural justice.%　　文章认为，源企业强制性影响战略的使用与目标企业的分配公平感知、程序公平感知均负相关；非强制性影响战略的使用与目标企业的分配公平感知、程序公平感知均正相关。目标企业的依赖不对称对这些关系会产生调节效应：依赖不对称分别负向调节强制性影响战略的使用与目标企业分配公平感知、程序公平感知之间的负相关关系；但是，依赖不对称正向调节源企业非强制性影响战略的使用与目标企业分配公平感知、程序公平感知之间的正相关关系。
