区域创新产出影响因素与地区差异的实证研究--基于江苏省13个地级市面板数据的分析

摘要

Facing the rapid changes of science and technology,increasing resource and environment constraints and competi-tion in the global market,it has become an inevitable trend to promote regional development with innovation. According to the theory of knowledge production function,using the panel data of 13 cities at prefecture-level in Jiangsu Province from the year of 2002 to 2011, the paper builds the econometric model of influencing factors of the innovation output of Jiangsu Province based on the processing method of panel time series. It analyzes the impacts of investment on R&D and scientific and technical talents, and FDI on the innovation output of Jiangsu Province. The paper also puts forward some suggestions for Jiangsu Prov-ince to further improve regional innovation capabilities.%面对日新月异的科学技术变革、日益加剧的资源环境约束、日趋激烈的全球市场竞争，以创新引领区域发展已经成为一种必然趋势。文章根据知识生产函数理论，利用2002-2011年江苏省13个地级市的面板数据，基于面板时间序列的处理方法，构建江苏省创新产出的影响因素计量模型，分析了R&D投入、科技人才投入、FDI等因素对江苏创新产出的影响，并提出进一步提升江苏区域创新能力的若干建议。
